Promoting your business on social media always has a positive effect on your website and brand. And when it comes to social media, Facebook is the most popular social network by far. It has 2.895 billion monthly active users worldwide as of the 1st quarter of 2022. So, sharing your content on Facebook can be the best way to spread the awareness of your brand and increase visitor traffic to your WordPress website.

But after spending hours of research, writing, and polishing a new post, manually sharing every blog to Facebook can be tiring and time-consuming. Luckily, there are a few online tools available on the market that makes the process really simple. With a 10-minute setup, you can automatically share posts to Facebook from WordPress whenever you update them on WordPress. Whether you want to automate your posts or schedule them, these tools will help you to do so.

So, do you want to know how to automatically share posts to Facebook from your WordPress site? In this post, we’re going to show you how. Let’s move forward.

Automatically Share Posts to Facebook with IFTTT:

IFTTT is a widely used online tool to connect users’ websites with their social media pages. IFTTT stands for If This Then That, which actually indicates if there’s a new post on your WordPress site, then the post will be shared on your social media page too with only one click. It is not a plugin, it’s a tool that has its own signup and setup. You can automatically share your latest WordPress blog post to your Facebook account using this tool. In addition to Facebook, you can also link your WordPress website to Twitter, Dropbox, Slack, Pinterest, Instagram, Gmail, Spotify, etc. This tool is used to create applets. An applet allows you to connect two accounts, which means what you post on your WordPress site will be posted on the other two accounts too.

It has both free and paid versions. The free version allows you to connect up to three apps. On the other hand the Pro version, available for $3.40/month, allows unlimited software connections.

To get started with this tool,  go to the IFTTT website and login into your IFTTT account.
